Based on the talk from General Conference April 2011, Sunday afternoon session by Lynn G. Robbins - having a 'to be' list. So I just used it based on the LDS youth theme for 2011 - the 13th article of faith:

I giggled at the name as well, but because I remember going to high school in Mission Viejo with a "Scott Will Grow"! Terribly funny because as a freshman he must have neared six feet tall!
