This was the ultimate tastiness rolled in cinnamon & sugar after frying up pancake batter:
we ate them with syrup - holy sugar high ;) good thing we only fried up enough to eat 2 each (because I don't think we would have stopped - hehe)!
well, it's gotta be better for us than a serving of this at the Puyallup Fair:
