Ever find a bizarre photo and wonder who took it?

So, I'm looking through the photos and I see this one and it's from at least 1 year ago and I've never seen it before - but it did make me laugh! Then I wonder why on earth is there toilet paper wrapped around my husband's head - hopefully, it was the kids' idea ;) And who took the photo and why was it never mentioned to me? I thought mother's knew everything that went on under their own roof =)

It's absolutely 'your look' Sweetie!

Sunset from Snoqualmie Falls

Who put that cable there? It's right in the middle of my sunset photo! It was a beautiful sunset, and unfortunately this photo does not show the intensity of the colors =(

I thought the strip of clouds through the sun was awesome looking. Looks more like Saturn?

A few moments later, the sun was brilliant red, but my digital camera is not fancy enough to capture that - it was gorgeous though!

Floral Wreath

I saw a floral wreath in a magazine for over $200 - yes, it was really pretty, but that's a lot of money for a decoration! So, I made my own similar one for $19. The roses were free from a friend who bought them for her husband, and he didn't even appreciate them - hehe I mentioned that she should dry them and make a floral arrangement, she laughed and said that would never happen. So, they gave them to me and I got to dry them to use for my wreath - yea for me ;)

Baby Shower Favors

My friend Christina is having twins - a boy AND a girl! Stephanie and I threw her a shower and these were the favors. Link for pattern below photo is the size to make a greeting card, but I shrunk them down so they were smaller, fitting four of them to an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. On the inside are M&M's in baggies in coordinating colors to the paper onesies =)

Remodel on upstairs 2nd bath

starting demolition on upstairs 2nd bath:
removing the tub/shower was insanely painful!

our first tile job, also tiled behind toilet and above shower. we cut the tile to make this pattern:
ta-da =) all new and much better. everything but toilet and supplies (copper piping, caulk, etc.) came from Craigslist!
tiny little sucker, isn't it - more like a 1/2 person bath ;)
we did it all by ourselves =)

Dog-Sitting by a Cat Owner

No, really, the cat and dog didn't get along - but what??? - they both HAD to have the same bed to take a nap on? I think they're even touching! It was too quiet and I had to check on them, if only when it was too quiet with kids around and you found them pleasantly resting without requiring some huge mess to clean up ;)

Primary Banner for Duvall Days

Living in a small town of 5,500, the city holds a parade once a year and everyone gets involved. This year I made the banner for the kiddie parade representing the LDS church. It turned out darling (if I do say so myself!) I found the cutest free clipart - link below photo - and colored them with Photodraw. Then I printed them on T-shirt iron-on tranfer paper and ironed them on the banner. The letters took forever as they were cut out of felt and ironed on with heat-n-bond transfer paper. This took me a total of 12 hours to make - whewee!

I made these from the Nugget Purse template and to make 18 of them took 6 hours - LoL Who spends that kind of time on crafting??? =)
